FLX LINE-X is the authorized LINE-X dealer in Geneva, at the junction of Routes 5 and 20, handling spray-in bedliners, rust protection and undercoating, protective coatings and truck accessories for the Finger Lakes. It is a protection shop first: the work is about keeping a truck's metal and paint intact through Upstate winters rather than changing how it looks. The spray-in bedliner is the signature job, and the reason it beats the drop-in tray most trucks leave the lot with comes down to how each handles grit and water. A drop-in liner sits loose, and sand and moisture work underneath it where they cannot be seen, holding damp against the bed until the metal rusts from below. A LINE-X liner is sprayed on as a hot two-part polyurethane that bonds to the bed as one seamless, textured skin, with nothing underneath to trap, so the surface it protects stays dry. The same coating logic carries to frame and undercarriage rust protection, where a creeping treatment works into the seams that road salt attacks and keeps blocking moisture through the season. Sprayed thicker, the same material can also be laid over rockers, bumpers and running boards, the spots a work truck scuffs most, extending the protection well past the bed. Around the coatings the shop fits the hardware that makes a truck work: tonneau covers, steps, racks and the accessories that come up with a work or recreation vehicle. Weekday hours run 8 to 5.
