Welcome to Carwraps.net (the "Site"), an online directory that helps drivers discover automotive wrap, paint protection film, window tinting, detailing, and related service providers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Carwraps.net. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Carwraps.net is (and isn't)

Carwraps.net is an independent directory and discovery platform. We list businesses, display their information, and host customer reviews. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business. We do not employ, endorse, guarantee, or warrant any listed provider, their availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, or the quality of their work. Any engagement you enter with a listed business is solely between you and that business — vet providers, confirm details, and obtain written estimates directly.

2. Accuracy of listing information

Listing details (addresses, phone numbers, hours, services, specialties) are compiled from business submissions and publicly available sources, and are provided for convenience. Businesses change hours, move, and close; while we review listings and correct errors when reported, we make no representation that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm critical details (hours, pricing, appointments) with the business directly before visiting.

3. Business listings and submissions

• Submitting a business through our Add Your Business form is free. By submitting, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to represent the business.
• All submissions are reviewed before publication. We may edit submissions for formatting, clarity, length, and SEO consistency, decline any submission, or remove any listing at our sole discretion at any time.
• By submitting content (descriptions, specialties, images, or other material), you grant Carwraps.net a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content on the Site and in connection with promoting the directory.
• Businesses may request corrections or removal of their listing by emailing support@carwraps.net from a business-associated address.
• Listings must not contain false claims, impersonation, unlawful content, or content that infringes any third party's rights.

4. Reviews and user content

• Reviews must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience with the business. Fake, incentivized, self-authored, or competitor-authored reviews are prohibited.
• You may not post content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful, or that contains other people's personal information.
• Reviews are moderated and published at our discretion. We may remove any review at any time.
• You retain ownership of your review but grant us the same display license described in Section 3.
• Reviews represent the opinions of their authors, not of Carwraps.net.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or data without our prior written consent;
• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages to listed businesses;
• Interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or probe its infrastructure;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit listings for businesses you don't represent;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

6. Accounts

Business-owner accounts are provided so owners can manage their listings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and original content (including our listing descriptions and editorial summaries) are the property of Carwraps.net and are protected by copyright and other laws. Business names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance in the directory does not imply affiliation or endorsement. You may link to any page of the Site; you may not republish substantial portions of it without permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site links to third-party websites and embeds third-party services (such as Google Maps). Those sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LISTED BUSINESS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARWRAPS.NET AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY LISTED BUSINESS — INCLUDING DAMAGE TO VEHICLES, DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP, MISSED APPOINTMENTS, OR PRICING DISPUTES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carwraps.net and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from content you submit, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
