SpeedPro Central New York is a large-format graphics studio on Ridings Road in Syracuse, owner-operated by Nick Goodell, and one of the few shops in the region set up for the biggest rolling canvases there are: full and partial vehicle wraps, truck wraps, and bus wraps, alongside trade-show displays, event graphics, and architectural and glass finishes. It serves a three-metro footprint of Syracuse, Utica, and Binghamton, and the studio and its staff carry well over a hundred years of combined printing experience. Bus wraps are the specialty worth understanding, because they are their own discipline. A transit or shuttle bus is a long, tall, riveted and paneled surface with curved corners and window runs, so the artwork has to be designed around the body and the film heat-formed over compound curves in a way a flat van panel never demands. Getting a school district or transit fleet wrapped, on schedule and identically across every unit, is a production job as much as a design one, and it is exactly what a large-format studio is built for. Speed is the other half of the pitch, and it is in the name. Most print jobs run through the shop within about 48 hours, which matters when a client has a fixed event date, a grand opening, or a fleet that cannot all sit idle at once. From a single trade-show panel to a wrapped fleet, the studio handles consultation, design, print, and install in-house, so a business can brand its trucks, its booth, and its walls from one production house in one set of colors. For a fleet the real value is repeatability: a design that lands on the tenth truck exactly as it did the first, cut and printed from one file so the vehicles read as one brand rather than ten near-misses.
